Suzanne Boyd Verified account. Ten years ago, I was turning 40, going through a divorce with two small children and an intense career that required me to wake up at every morning for work. My life was chaotic. My nervous system was constantly fired up. So, I started practicing yoga and slowly but surely it changed me: physically, mentally, emotionally and - most importantly - spiritually.

The last decade has brought so many changes, challenges, loss and healing in my life and I am grateful everyday for this practice and this community that have shown me a different way to approach it - a more peaceful and fulfilling way. And so, today - I chose to ring in this next decade, my 50th year of this beautiful life with my favorite people doing the things I love the most - yoga, music and food!
